If you attended the gathering last year you would have seen Jeremy and Delphanie as they did a very informative workshop on home butchering.
It was followed by roasting half of the pig on birch poles while the butchered half became part of a separate meat smoking workshop run by another longstanding member of our community. (more on that later)
These two wonderful people have been attending Harvest Gathering year after year.. And are in the middle of a whole year of only eating wild or for aged food.
