We will be adding final descriptions and locations of workshops up until our start date. (please note schedule is subject to change at any time without notice) ATTENDEES – Please make sure you have filled out the following forms and read the HOUSE RULES. INSURANCE WAIVER VOLUNTEER FORM PRESENTERS – Thank you so much for contributing your time and expertise. Your individual ticket is now complimentary! You do still need to register and ensure the TWO forms above are filled out to attend. If you are a presenter – register HERE and indicate PRESENTER. (If you have already paid, get in touch!) NOT REGISTERED YET? You can register online for Harvest Gathering or register on arrival. We prefer online registration if possible as it gives us a good idea of numbers in advance of the event. Things to remember: Harvest Gathering typically has fairly good fall weather but it is best to be prepared for rainy or colder climate. Ensure you have enough warm and extra clothing and bedding – gloves and hats are a good idea for night time. There is water available for drinking, cooking, cleaning on site. There are outdoor bush toilet facilities. There is a well marked first aid station. Small children are to be supervised at all times. Dogs must be on a leash and cleaned up after – NO EXCEPTIONS There will be several small cooking fires in addition to the main fire. The organizer fire is designated for organizers and board members only. POTLUCK is Saturday evening. If food contains common allergens, please ensure it is marked appropriately.
